Olympus provides a reporting system, which is available to all Olympus employees, business partners and other third parties, who wish to report a concern to us. Our reporting system is managed by NAVEX Global, a third-party company who is independent from Olympus. The reporting system can be used at any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year – and can be accessed online or over the phone. Translators are available to ensure we understand your concern. The reporting system also offers anonymous reporting options for those situations where you wish to report a concern anonymously, in locations where anonymous reporting is permitted by local law.

All reports made through the reporting system are treated seriously and confidentially, and are thoroughly and promptly investigated. Please be assured, we do not tolerate any form of retaliation or unfair consequences of anyone who reports their concern to us in good faith via our reporting system.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
